Building on a successful history of integrating the Ethiopian Calendar into the DHIS2 web platform, HISP Ethiopia has partnered with JSI to extend this breakthrough to mobile devices.

This initiative focuses on developing an enhanced DHIS2 Android App that features native support for Ethiopia’s unique 13-month calendar for the aggregate domain. By aligning with the Ministry of Health’s (MoH) Information Revolution roadmap, this project ensures that digital health tools are localized, user-centered, and synchronized with national reporting standards.
